All services are subject to availability.
2. Pricing & Payments
Service charges will be informed after inspection and diagnosis.
Final cost depends on the type of repair, spare parts required, and service complexity.
Payment must be made after completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash and online payment methods.
3. Service Warranty
We provide a limited service warranty on repairs as communicated at the time of service.
Warranty covers only the repaired part/service and does not apply to new or unrelated issues.
Physical damage, voltage fluctuation, water damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty.
4. Spare Parts
Genuine or compatible spare parts will be used as required.
Spare parts warranty (if applicable) will be clearly informed to the customer.
Old replaced parts may be returned to the customer upon request.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking before technician dispatch.
If cancellation is made after technician arrival, a visiting charge may apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
Noshad Cool Point is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage in the appliance
Loss of data (in case of smart devices)
Indirect or consequential losses
Damage caused due to external factors such as power fluctuations or improper usage
7. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure safe working conditions at the service location.
Provide proper power supply and access to the appliance.
Inform the technician about previous repairs or known issues.
8. Changes to Terms
Noshad Cool Point reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
